Training, onsite and remote
A team shown the system once does not trust it six months later.
Most training problems are really design problems. If the pipeline still needs a note taped to somebody's monitor a year after go-live, the fix is rarely a class. It is a system that does not need much explaining. Where a real gap remains after that, we close it directly, onsite or remote.
Handover
What handover actually looks like.
Every implementation we run ends with the team able to operate the system without us. That is not a slide deck. It is:
- A walkthrough with the people who will use the system daily, on their own data rather than a demo account.
- Recorded screen sessions for each workflow, so somebody hired six months from now has something to watch instead of asking around.
- Written documentation of the configuration and the reasoning behind it (stage logic, field rules, automations) so the next person to touch it understands why, not only where to click.
The goal is a team that does not need to call us every time something changes.
Delivery
Onsite or remote, in your language.
We deliver training onsite or remote, in English, French, Italian, Spanish or German. For teams split across offices or countries, remote sessions work well and cost nothing in travel.
The one packaged offering
The AI Opportunity Diagnostic.
If what you need is not implementation handover but a structured session on where AI actually helps your team, that exists as a fixed offering. Half a day (four hours) with your leadership team, C$3,500 all-inclusive. Each executive leaves with a configured AI workspace and one working agent built live on a real workflow of theirs, plus a ranked map of where AI would move your numbers. A written report follows within five business days, and a Day-30 review call is included.
See the AI Opportunity Diagnostic for the full outline.
Honest limits
What this is not.
We do not run a scheduled Pipedrive course and we do not issue certificates. There is no curriculum, no cohort, no class calendar. If that is what you are looking for, this is not it. What we offer instead is training tied to real work: either built into an implementation, or structured as the Diagnostic above.
Next step
Training, or a redesign? I will tell you which.
Tell me what your team is struggling with and I will say honestly whether it needs training or a change to the system itself. A 30-minute call costs nothing.
